A single accountable partner for day‑to‑day IT: we answer tickets, join calls when needed, and keep an eye on backups, updates and alerts so small issues do not become outages. We plan migrations (servers, mail, cloud), document what matters, and can work contract‑based or pay‑as‑you‑go. Remote is default; on‑site visits are scheduled when hands‑on work is faster or safer.
